We are a group of counsellors, psychotherapists and complementary therapists who work with holistic vision, honouring the interconnected nature of mind, body, heart and spirit. Founded in 1995, Spiral is jointly run by two experienced therapists, supervisors and trainers

We are from diverse backgrounds, and have wide experience around issues of race, sexual orientation, gender, disability and class. We value diversity, welcoming women and men from all sections of the community, respecting individuality and differing needs

Spiral has high standards of professionalism. Each counsellor, psychotherapist and complementary therapist is qualified, except for some of the low cost scheme counsellors and psychotherapists who are students on recognised diploma training courses. All of the therapists hold insurance and adhere to the code of practice of their professional organisations

We offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and groups, and complementary therapy for individuals. Spiral also hosts therapeutic workshops and courses. In addition there are options for practitioners, including one-to-one and group supervision, professional development workshops and training placements

Fees for individuals usually range from £35 - £50. All therapists offer some concessionary spaces, and low cost counselling and psychotherapy is available for people on limited income. Please note we are unable to process credit card payments
